Delivery Terms and Conditions
Each With Every arrangement is delivered by our professional delivery personnel. We take utmost care to ensure freshness and the best conditions of flowers delivered.
Delivery is only available in Singapore. We deliver Mondays to Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Normal Delivery fee of $15 applies for all one off orders except for Restricted areas as denoted below.
Normal delivery Schedule
Monday to Saturday
Morning between 10am to 12pm
Afternoon between 2pm to 5pm
If you need to deliver out of these Normal delivery hours or would like to request for a specific delivery timeslot, the delivery charge is $25. Please email us after sending in your order to request for special delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Upon our courier's arrival at delivery location, if no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, our courier will call/text the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions.
If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted via telephone within 10 minutes of the courier's arrival, the flowers will be placed at the door-step or left with reception/front desk/security guard. Rest assured that our courier will always try to put the flowers in a safe and shaded corner. However, this might not always be possible at certain locations. We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
A photo will be taken as proof of delivery and you may request for us to send the photo to you.
Charges for Restricted areas
Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following restricted areas. An additional $10 will be charged. These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain access/security clearance into these areas.
- Sentosa Island
- Changi Airport Area
- Tuas Area
- Jurong Island
- Sembawang Shipyard
- All Army camps
- All PSA Ports
Re-delivery / Wrong Address
With Every will not accept responsibility and non-delivery for the following situations:
- Incorrect/incomplete delivery address given.
- Incorrect/no valid contact number provided.
- Recipients who do not pick up the phone or reply to text messages to receive the order.
- No such person at delivery address.
- Recipient not present at delivery address during scheduled delivery hours and no representative is able to receive on their behalf (Eg: recipient on leave / MC)
Our courier service will only be able to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before moving off for other deliveries. Redelivery fees will have to borne by the customer to be sent to the right address.
In the event that there needs to be a re-delivery, an additional redelivery fee of $15 will be charged.
To maintain the freshness of our blooms upon receipt, redelivery has to be done within 4 hours from the original delivery time stated, and flowers will only be delivered after redelivery fees have been paid.
If the customer is unwilling to pay the redelivery fee, no refund will be issued for non-delivery.
All subscription deliveries are $10 instead of $15 for normal delivery schedules as denoted above.
All additional charges shall apply for restricted areas as well as Out of Hours delivery charges.
Delivery during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Lunar New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Day, as well as selected public holidays and eves of, may incur additional charges.
